Church Life
Cohorts bring pastors together in relational, committed,
coaching relationships to
effect personal growth, to
strengthen leadership effectiveness, and to lift
churches to the next
level of ministry effectiveness.
What
people are saying about Church Life!
What are the components of the Church Life Cohort
process?
- Pentecostal spirituality
- Intense assessment
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Coaching and consultation
Who is involved in Church Life Cohorts?
Over
500 local churches (pastors) representing four
Pentecostal denominations are presently
involved in District, State, or Regional
Cohorts.
Pastors commit to meet monthly, bimonthly, or
quarterly
to receive church life training, coaching, consultation,
and peer mentoring for a designated
period of time,
usually one year. Cohort pastors work with a local
church vision team to spiritually
seek out the
vision/mission and values of the church. Pastors and
vision teams work together to
lift their churches to the
next level of ministry effectiveness.
