The Process

• Saturday, the consultant meets with key leadership from the areas of spiritual life, spiritual community, ministries/discipleship, outreach, and management.
• Sunday, the consultant observes the church in action. Initial observations are presented to the larger team during a luncheon after the Sunday service.

The Cost

• The comprehensive evaluation and church plan require two intensive days, $2,000 plus expenses.
• A twelve-month strategic action plan is combined with monthly coaching for $250 a month.
